At Damalis Skin Clinic London, we want your experience to be safe, smooth, and stress-free. To help with this, we have set out some simple terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them before booking with us.
Booking & Appointments
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may mean you lose your deposit.
Consultations
All new patients will have a consultation before treatment.
We will go through your medical history to make sure the treatment is right and safe for you.
Sometimes we may recommend against treatment if it is not suitable.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Courses or treatment packages must be paid in advance.
Refunds
Treatments cannot be refunded once carried out.
Pre-paid treatments are refundable only if we decide the treatment is not medically appropriate.
Skincare products cannot be refunded for hygienic purposes
Treatment Results & Risks
Every treatment is individual — results vary from person to person.
We will explain risks and aftercare at your consultation.
Following our aftercare advice is key to getting the best results.
Photos & Privacy
We will take before-and-after photos for your medical records.
With your permission, photos may also be used anonymously for training or marketing.
Your personal information is always kept safe and confidential.
Complaints & Feedback
We aim to provide excellent care, but if you are unhappy please let us know straight away.
